HI,
I'm Nikki
My name is Nicole “Nikki” Sheppard and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Author, Speaker, Life Coach, and TV Show Host. I am a proud mother of 3 adult children and in my free time, I love dancing, singing, exercising, meditating, spending time with loved ones, meeting new people, and traveling worldwide.
My goal is to create a therapeutic atmosphere that enlightens, educates, and inspires adults to thrive. Each week I spend hours researching innovative tools and tips to share with my clients to provide education and awareness across a broad span of topics.
